Sue Matzen

Copywriter and Strategist

An anthropologist with experience on five continents, Sue thinks about whether messages make sense across cultures.

Sue has applied her anthropological skills to help reduce poverty around the world, to improve communication in cross-cultural work teams and to help corporate clients with identity and branding projects.

She has worked in the private, public and NGO sectors. Her diverse clients include the World Bank, national governments, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Outward Bound Professional Development, Ogilvy and Mather, in:site (Omnicom) and MeridianEaton Global. 

At Eye for Image, Sue has worked with Blue Business, Carlsberg, Contex, GN ReSound, Hempel, Jabra, Nycomed, LEGO and NNIT, among others.

Sue holds a Bachelor's degree from Duke University in Durham, N.C. and a Master's Degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She came to Denmark in 2003 and developed her Danish skills at K.I.S.S. in Nørrebro, Copenhagen.
