Achieving world-class communications
As one of the founders of Eye for Image, David is highly committed to the vision of Danish companies achieving world-class communications. He established Eye for Image in 2003 – and has since led the company to become Denmark’s largest international copywriting and communications agency.

He has worked with many leading brands, including Sun Microsystems, Coloplast, Carlsberg, Danisco, LEGO, Novozymes, ECCO, Fionia Bank, SAP, FLSmidth, CSC, Maersk and Hempel.

Your first port of call
As Managing Director, David is many clients’ first port of call. He sits down with new clients to establish where they are, and where they need to go. Then he assigns an Eye for Image team to get the job done. And David remains nearby to help advise on appropriate communications strategies and tactics.

Motivating and inspiring international audiences
David has spoken at a number of high-profile events, including "Global Business Day 2009", a conference for Danish companies aiming for international growth arranged by Business Link Greater Copenhagen.

David is usually asked to give advice to companies on how to plan communications with an international mindset. But he has also spoken at country-branding events, such as the Branding of Iceland symposium in Reykjavík.

Wherever he speaks, David uses his extensive knowledge of international communications to give concrete advice – and good and bad practice examples – on how to inspire and motivate international audiences. And he often gives seminars and tailored training to companies looking to improve the way they speak internationally.

Putting in the hard miles
David is also a keen runner and squash player. He’s run three marathons so far – with a personal best of 3 hours 12 minutes – churning out the kilometers in Eye for Image colors. In the early mornings, late evenings and weekends, you might spot him on the trails through Herlev, Hareskov and Bagsværd, north of Copenhagen.
